Tips and Tricks


- Don't forget how important it is to wear a good sunscreen EVERYDAY; SPF of AT LEAST 30. SPP is your BFF! Sun Damage causes 85% of our premature aging.


- Don't forget to keep your sheets nice and clean at least once a week especially your pillow case so that you keep your skin clean and clear 😉


- Daily moisturizing is the best defense against dry skin. Applying moisturizer right after you step out of the shower seals in the moisture.


- Keep your hair away from your face when you are going to bed.


- Take care of your night skincare regimen at least 30 minutes before bed to give time for your product to settle and not be so wet when you are ready to lay your head down.


- For every one cup of coffee you need two cups of water to compensate for the hydration you lost. Dehydrated skin can be external but also internal. Dry skin is asking for wrinkles. So make sure you drink at least half of your body weight of water in oz.


- Stop stretch marks and scars from getting darker with sun exposure by putting on a good layer of SPF. Apply Stem Cell night creme at night to repair damaged tissue while you sleep.


- We all know all the places we take our phones.....Keep antibacterial wipes handy to swipe your phone clean and help your skin stay clear and prevent breakouts and rashes along your jaw line and cheek.
